I am fire I am death by laidackerhaus

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug, Wicked Worm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos Treasure-engine deck built around Smaug, Wicked Worm: it generates large numbers of Treasure tokens, uses them for acceleration and as fuel for Smaug's draw trigger, and converts tokens into drains, burn, and Dragon beatdown. The primary plan is to out-value opponents with token multiplication (Xorn, Academy Manufactor), then kill with token-sacrifice drain (Mirkwood Bats, Mayhem Devil, Marionette Apprentice) or flying Dragons. A compact Saga combo (There and Back Again with Academy Manufactor and Mirkwood Bats) can one-shot the table, while Hellkite Tyrant and Revel in Riches are alternate victory conditions. The commander is a support engine and finisher rather than the sole win condition.
