Deck overview

This deck is an Esper artifact and enchantment synergy deck commanded by Alela, Artful Provocateur. The primary strategy leverages dense 2-CMC mana ramp to deploy Alela on Turn 3, followed by a steady chain of cheap artifacts, enchantments, and auras that trigger Alela's ability to assemble a wide army of flying Faerie tokens. Card flow is sustained through coastal combat triggers like Bident of Thassa, Coastal Piracy, and Enduring Curiosity, which refill the hand as evasive flyers connect. The deck converts token quantity into lethal pressure using anthems such as Cathars' Crusade and Renewed Solidarity, alongside passive drain effects from Mirkwood Bats and Obyra, Dreaming Duelist. High-end lines include storming through the library with Bolas's Citadel and Sensei's Divining Top, clearing opposing boards with Raise the Palisade, and protecting the aerial fleet with Sephara, Sky's Blade and Scion of Oona.
