updated David's deck

Format: Commander

Commander: Director Nick Fury

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Director Nick Fury fronts a wide, aggressive Hero tribal deck that uses his attack trigger to keep the hand full and his Hero discount to turbo out legendary Marvel characters. The primary plan is to build a critical mass of Heroes, then convert that mass into a one- or two-turn lethal attack using Captain America, Wings of Freedom with a toughness-boosting Equipment, Avengers Assemble!, Door of Destinies, and Captain Marvel, Apex Avenger. Secondary lines lean on Mjolnir and Captain America, First Avenger for direct damage, plus Cosmic Cube to cast expensive spells for free from the top. There are no infinite combos; the hidden commanders Optimus Prime and King T'Challa are only intermittently transformed, and the deck is built around their front faces.
