Graveyard Overdrive by DoomBuilder

Format: Commander

Commander: Disa the Restless

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jund Lhurgoyf tribal deck helmed by Disa the Restless, built to fill graveyards with card types and then deploy massive, growing Lhurgoyf creatures. The commander provides two key advantages: it recurs any Lhurgoyf permanent card that hits the graveyard from anywhere other than the battlefield (library, hand, etc.), and it creates a Tarmogoyf token each time your creatures deal combat damage to a player. The deck uses self-mill, discard, and sacrifice effects to stock the graveyard, then wins through overwhelming combat damage amplified by Gratuitous Violence, Sawhorn Nemesis, and Chandra's Ignition. Secondary value comes from Syr Konrad, the Grim and Deadbridge Chant for incremental drain and recursion. The plan is resilient but vulnerable to graveyard hate.
