Deck overview

This is a five-color value-cascade deck helmed by Ramos, Dragon Engine, built to leverage the commander's mana-generation ability to fuel a suite of high-CMC spells with cascade. The primary game plan is to ramp into Ramos, then use the +1/+1 counter synergy (Corpsejack Menace, Hardened Scales) to grow Ramos and eventually cash in five counters for ten mana, casting a massive spell like Maelstrom Wanderer or Etali, Primal Conqueror. The cascade chain then fires repeatedly, burying opponents in card advantage and huge creatures. Alternate mana-cheating via Fist of Suns and Jodah, Archmage Eternal allows casting spells for WUBRG. The deck wins through combat damage from creatures like Progenitus and Primeval Spawn, or through the Mayael's Aria alternate win condition. It is a slow, high-variance synergy deck that relies on a critical mass of multicolored spells and cascade triggers to overwhelm the table.
