Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads an aggressive Dwarf and Equipment strategy that leverages token creation to overwhelm opponents. The primary game plan curves low-cost Dwarves and utility Equipment into Thorin on turn four or five. Each Dwarf entering generates a Treasure token, which simultaneously accelerates your mana and increases the power buff Thorin gives to other Dwarves based on your artifact token count. Secondary paths utilize heavy equipment lines, double strike effects, and burn reach through Smaug the Magnificent and Dain of the Ancient Halls. You win the game by swinging with wide, massively buffed Dwarf boards that opponents cannot block efficiently.
