Deck overview

This Aminatou, the Fateshifter deck operates as an Esper blink and combo-control build designed to control the board before closing the game with decisive combo finishes. The primary win condition uses Fractured Identity paired with lethal permanents like Nine Lives or Immortal Coil. By exiling its own Nine Lives and giving token copies to each opponent, the deck casts a free Patrician's Scorn or Tempest of Light to destroy all enchantments, forcing all three opponents to lose simultaneously. Alternatively, the deck can assemble an infinite mana and flicker loop with Peregrine Drake, Archaeomancer, and Ghostly Flicker to drain the table with Gray Merchant of Asphodel. With an extensive transmute and wizardcycling tutor package, the deck reliably finds missing pieces by Turn 5. Meanwhile, Aminatou's flicker ability generates repeatable value from enter-the-battlefield creatures, denies combat via Stonehorn Dignitary, and resets mana rocks.
