Bracket 4 - Winotita - Agro stax

Format: Commander

Commander: Winota, Joiner of Forces

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Boros Winota aggro-combo deck. The primary plan is to deploy cheap non-Human attackers and token producers, cast Winota, and convert each attack into free Humans from the top six. Secondary paths are a stax/tempo game with Drannith Magistrate, Archon of Emeria, and Deafening Silence, and a combo finish using Rionya, Fire Dancer with Breath of Fury (or Legion Warboss plus Loyal Apprentice) for infinite combats. Winota is the card-advantage engine and cheat spell; Rionya is the hidden combo commander. The deck wins through combat damage, usually with double strike and damage doublers, or by chaining extra combats.
