Deck overview

This Esper deck is commanded by Jin Sakai, Ghost of Tsushima, focusing on a lethal blend of saboteur combat triggers and Voltron equipment aggression. Jin Sakai rewards solo attacks by granting either double strike through Standoff or unblockability through Ghost, while drawing cards whenever he connects with an opponent. The deck leverages this flexibility to turn high-impact saboteurs like Virtus the Veiled, Unstoppable Slasher, and Cephalid Constable into game-ending threats that decimate life totals or wipe opposing boards. Complementing the creature suite is an equipment package featuring Colossus Hammer, Hammer of Nazahn, and Blackblade Reforged, easily cheated and attached through Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist and Super-Soldier Serum. While the deck operates on a lean 28-land mana base that requires disciplined mulligans, its dense suite of cheap protection spells like Dawn's Truce and Flare of Fortitude ensures that once a primary threat attacks, it reliably eliminates opponents one by one.
