Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-green stompy strategy built to accelerate into high-power creatures and cast Ghalta, Primal Hunger for just two green mana as early as Turn 4. The mana base relies on efficient 1-mana and 2-mana dorks like Llanowar Elves and Fanatic of Rhonas to deploy oversized beaters like Steel Leaf Champion and Gigantosaurus ahead of curve. Once a high-power board is established, static card-draw engines such as Garruk's Uprising and Elemental Bond keep your hand full with every creature deployed. The primary win condition leverages Ghalta's 12/12 trample body alongside game-ending mass pump spells like Overwhelming Stampede and Unnatural Growth to eliminate all three opponents in two combat steps. Targeted removal like Beast Within and protective instants like Tamiyo's Safekeeping keep key threats alive against interaction, while redundant giant threats ensure the deck functions smoothly even if the commander is removed.
