Deck overview

This is a mono-green Voltron/combat deck built around Hit-Monkey, a 3/3 with hexproof, haste, deathtouch, reach, vigilance, and "can't be countered" - a premium commander body that attacks the turn it's cast and is nearly impossible to target. The primary plan is to suit the Monkey up with a dense equipment package (Inquisitor's Flail, Genji Glove, Leyline Axe, Shadowspear, Brotherhood Regalia) and combat auras (Bear Umbra, Snake Umbra, Mark of Sakiko), generating commander damage, extra combats, and mana/draw value off each hit. Secondary wins come from big combat damage on other creatures (Toski, Bearer of Secrets, Ohran Frostfang, Crystalline Armor-boosted bodies) and a suite of fight spells (Ram Through, Animist's Might, Epic Fight) that double as removal. The deck is a relentless, hard-to-remove combat machine that dictates pace through sheer threat density.
