Helmed by Alela, Cunning Conqueror, this is a Dimir flash/Faerie tempo-control deck that turns every opponent's turn into a development step. The core loop is simple: hold up instant-speed interaction, cast your first spell on each opponent's turn to make a flying Faerie token, then use Faerie combat damage to goad the table's biggest threats into fighting one another. The deck combines a robust counterspell/removal suite with Faerie tribal payoffs like Obyra, Dreaming Duelist, Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor, and Scion of Oona to convert a swarm of 1/1 flyers into a real clock.
