Precon: Riku of Two Reflections by hixg

Format: Commander

Commander: Riku of Two Reflections

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a high-curve Temur value deck built around Riku of Two Reflections. The plan is to ramp heavily, resolve Riku, and then turn every relevant spell or creature into two of itself. Copied Hydra Omnivore spreads enormous damage across all opponents, evoke creatures like Aethersnipe and Spitebellows leave permanent token copies behind, and Call the Skybreaker with retrace keeps producing flying tokens every turn. There are no infinite combos; instead, the deck wins through copied combat threats, a stormed-out Hunting Pack, or Rapacious One spawn-fueled explosive turns. The list is a battlecruiser-style midrange deck that can go over the top of fairer pods but is vulnerable to fast combo, repeated removal on Riku, and its own lack of card flow.
