Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul Big Mana Stompy deck helmed by Aerid Konstrari. It leverages low-curve land and artifact ramp to deploy Aerid ahead of schedule on Turn 3. Aerid produces Heartwood tokens upon entering and dying, which tap for red or green mana and fuel its repeatable {6} activation. This ability creates additional mana tokens while granting Aerid scaling power boosts based on total artifact count. The deck converts high creature power into massive card draw via Return of the Wildspeaker and Rishkar's Expertise, and translates surplus mana into table-clearing burst damage using Chandra's Ignition and Crackle with Power. Combat enhancers like Blade of Selves, Kessig Wolf Run, and Twinflame Tyrant provide redundant lethal pressure. While light on instant-speed interaction and susceptible to exile sweepers, the deck features dense targeted protection and high operational redundancy.
