Shalai and Hallar is a Naya +1/+1 counter build that turns counter placement into direct damage. The deck ramps into an early commander, then layers counter multipliers and backup effects to create huge creatures. The primary plan is a tall counter board that kills through repeated Shalai triggers, while Mayael's Aria provides an alternate 20-power win. Conclave Sledge-Captain and Ascendant Acolyte are the main finishers, with Kutzil and mass-protection instants keeping the engine intact. There is no compact infinite combo, but the counter pile can reach lethal sizes by mid-game. The hidden commander is Conclave Sledge-Captain, whose backup triggers can put a massive pile of counters and set up a one-turn Aria finish.
