This is a Mardu go-wide tokens deck helmed by Caesar, Legion's Emperor, built around flooding the board with cheap creature tokens and converting them into value through attack triggers, ping engines, and drain effects. Caesar's attack trigger is the centerpiece: sacrifice a token to create two more, draw a card, and deal damage equal to your token count to an opponent.
