Draw to Death by user5605391

Format: Commander

Commander: Queza, Augur of Agonies

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Esper draw-matters control-combo. Queza, Augur of Agonies is the central payoff: every draw pings an opponent and gains life. The deck layers that effect with Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Psychosis Crawler, Teferi's Ageless Insight, and Rhystic Study, then turns the life swings into infinite drain loops with Sanguine Bond, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Exquisite Blood, and Bloodthirsty Conqueror. Tutors and mass draw find either the loop or a self-mill alt win via Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. The plan is to survive early turns with counterspells, removal, and Propaganda/Ghostly Prison, then resolve a payoff and close through repeated draw triggers.
