Deck overview

This Gruul deck is an explosive Big Mana strategy centered on Etali, Primal Conqueror. The game plan accelerates rapidly through 1-drop mana elves, 2-drop ramp spells, and potent rituals like Geosurge and Seething Song to cast Etali on Turn 4. When Etali enters the battlefield, it exiles the top nonland card of each player's library and casts them without paying mana costs. The deck compounds this advantage by using temporary clone and flicker effects such as Twinflame, Heat Shimmer, Electroduplicate, and Flameshadow Conjuring to trigger Etali multiple times in a single turn. This chain floods the battlefield with massive threats and free spells, overwhelming opponents before they can stabilize. If combat damage stalls, transforming Etali into Etali, Primal Sickness provides an alternate win condition by dealing lethal 11-power trample poison damage. The deck features strong redundancy and high burst card advantage, though it remains vulnerable to stack interaction and board sweepers.
