Deck overview

This is a Rakdos "outlaw" theft-and-treasure deck built around Laughing Jasper Flint. The plan is to flood the board with cheap Rogues, Warlocks, Mercenaries, and Pirates so that Jasper's upkeep trigger exiles ever-larger chunks of an opponent's library, then cast those stolen cards with any color of mana. A dense cast-from-exile subtheme centered on Prosper, Tome-Bound, Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Grenzo, Havoc Raiser, and Vaan, Street Thief turns theft into card advantage and Treasures. The primary deterministic win is Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood: once both are down, any point of opponent life loss-combat damage, a crime trigger from Raven of Fell Omens, or Rakdos Charm-starts an infinite life-drain loop. The backup plan is an evasive, token-producing swarm accelerated by Hellspur Posse Boss, Great Train Heist, and Outlaws' Fury. This is a mid-speed, value-heavy deck that snowballs theft into a single lethal loop.
