Deck overview

This is a Grixis spellslinger deck helmed by Cormela, Glamour Thief, who serves as a mana engine (tapping for {U}{B}{R} for instants/sorceries) and a recursion engine (returning a spell on death). The deck aims to cast a high volume of instants and sorceries, leveraging cost reducers like Goblin Electromancer and Stormcatch Mentor, copy effects like Double Vision and Alania, Divergent Storm, and drain engines like Guttersnipe and Vial Smasher the Fierce to chip away at opponents. Big spells such as Cruel Ultimatum, Breach the Multiverse, and Mizzix's Mastery provide explosive turns. The primary win condition is incremental damage from spell triggers, with no infinite combos; the deck wins through value and attrition over multiple turns.
