This deck is an Azorius historic control strategy commanded by Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage. Raff grants flash to all historic spells, allowing the pilot to hold up mana for counterspells, spot removal, and card advantage before flashing in artifacts, legendary permanents, and Sagas on opponents' end steps. The deck generates card advantage using engines like Rhystic Study, Shorikai, Genesis Engine, Wavebreak Hippocamp, and top-deck casting via Mystic Forge and The Reality Chip.
