Deck overview

This Orzhov deck leverages Killian, Decisive Mentor to combine aggressive Aura Voltron beatdown with disruptive forced-combat control. Killian's dual abilities turn every enchantment entry into a tactical tool, tapping down key blockers and goading opposing threats into mutual attrition, while rewarding your attacks with steady card draw. The deck accelerates into early Auras that grant massive power scaling (All That Glitters, Ethereal Armor), unblockable evasion (Spirit Mantle), and layered protection (Sheltered by Ghosts, Shielded by Faith). Complementing the Voltron axis is a robust pillowfort shell featuring Ghostly Prison, Sphere of Safety, and Eriette of the Charmed Apple, ensuring opponents are forced to attack one another rather than breach your defenses. Card advantage engines like Sram, Senior Edificer and Kor Spiritdancer keep the hand fueled, while mass recursion spells such as Retether and Mantle of the Ancients provide resilience against board wipes, culminating in rapid multi-turn player eliminations.
