Deck overview

This is an Esper control/attrition deck built around Y'shtola, Night's Blessed. The plan is to park Y'shtola early, then use the pillowfort/life-tax layer-Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, Koskun Falls, Sphere of Safety, No Mercy, and Dissipation Field-to buy time while every expensive noncreature spell drains 2 life from each opponent and gains life. The deck leans into a "big spells" subtheme with One with the Multiverse, Omniscience, Aminatou's Augury, Brilliant Ultimatum, and the extra-turn pair Temporal Extortion and Plea for Power. Finishes are incremental and bursty at the same time: Painful Quandary and Polluted Bonds grind, while Delney, Streetwise Lookout doubles Y'shtola's triggers and Gogo, Master of Mimicry copies them for a late one-turn kill. Secondary paths are Shark/Inkling token beatdown and Kaya the Inexorable's emblem.
