Vivi Ornitier is the engine and payoff: every noncreature spell puts a +1/+1 counter on her and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while her {0} ability converts her power into red and blue mana once per turn. The deck plans to suit her with equipment such as Hero's Blade and Buster Sword, then chain cheap noncreature spells to make her huge, drain opponents, and finish with commander damage. Free-cast effects like Triple Triad, Cait Sith, and Strago and Relm multiply triggers, and The Emperor of Palamecia//The Lord Master of Hell provides an alternate mass-damage line. There is no hidden commander; Vivi is the focus.
