Commander: Elsha of the Infinite

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Elsha of the Infinite is the top-deck engine that lets this Jeskai artifact-storm deck chain cheap noncreature spells from the top of the library. The primary plan is to deploy fast mana, a cost reducer, and Sensei's Divining Top with Birgi to draw the deck, then win with Grapeshot, Brain Freeze, or Aetherflux Reservoir. Secondary paths use Valley Floodcaller with Banishing Knack and mana rocks for infinite casts, or Underworld Breach with Lion's Eye Diamond and Brain Freeze/Emry to mill out. The commander's role is both enabler and draw engine; there is no hidden commander, but Birgi and Valley Floodcaller act as engine copies in the 99.
