Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir Spellslinger and Wraith Tribal midrange strategy commanded by Lord of the Nazgûl. The game plan focuses on accelerating into the commander on turn 4 or 5, then chaining low-cost instant and sorcery cantrips to generate a menacing army of 3/3 Wraith tokens. As the Wraith swarm expands, triggers from the nine copies of Nazgûl and Ring-tempting enchantments like Call of the Ring rapidly place +1/+1 counters across the entire board. When nine Wraiths are assembled, the commander buffs their base power and toughness to 9/9, easily overrunning opponents through combat damage.
