A/UA Kyodai, Soul of Kamigawa by Mikey42069

Format: Commander

Commander: Kyodai, Soul of Kamigawa

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kyodai leads a five-color voltron/value hybrid. The primary plan is to resolve Kyodai by turn four, protect it with hexproof/shroud equipment, then spend WUBRG to make it 8/8 flying and close with three commander-damage hits; Raphael can turn that into one-hit double-strike kills, and Vorpal Sword can end a single unblocked hit. Prepared cards like Emeritus of Woe // Demonic Tutor, Sanar, and Tam produce repeatable tutors and card advantage, while Etali, Kefka, Krang, and The Coming of Galactus are large backup threats. No true hidden commander exists; the supporting legends fill value roles. The deck is mid-speed, durable in board states, but vulnerable to instant-speed removal of Kyodai.
