They Yearn for the Mines by Justduff1992

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk turns every Dwarf you cast into a Treasure, and each artifact token then pumps your whole Dwarf squad. The primary plan is to chain low-cost Dwarves, accumulate Treasure and equipment tokens, then finish with a huge double-striking attack. Secondary paths include a Treasure-multiplier engine using Smothering Tithe, Gleaming Splendor, and Xorn, plus legendary-token copying through Cadric, Soul Kindler. Thorin is a finisher and multiplier rather than an engine; his ETB and pump ability convert Dwarf flood into lethal board presence. Several storied Dwarves (Bifur, Fili, Thorin Oakenshield) act as conditional support, but there is no hidden commander.
