Deck overview

Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant commands a Rakdos forced-combat deck designed to turn opponents against one another while generating compounding card advantage. The strategy revolves around deploying Karazikar alongside a dense suite of goad effects, pillowfort deterrents, and damage amplifiers. By forcing opposing creatures into mandatory combat each turn, the deck neutralizes incoming attacks, strips opponents of blockers, and triggers Karazikar's ability to draw cards whenever opponents attack each other. As the table weakens from amplified mutual combat damage, the pilot maintains a full hand and high life buffer behind defenses like Crawlspace and Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs. In the mid-to-late game, high-impact finishers such as Disrupt Decorum, Mob Rule, Fiendish Duo, Master of Cruelties, or extra combat steps from Moraug, Fury of Akoum dismantle the remaining opposition. The deck excels at multiplayer political leverage and sustained attrition, though it requires careful management during the final 1v1 confrontation when goad loses its redirection utility.
