Deck overview

This mono-white midrange deck combines Angel tribal synergies with potent lifegain triggers. Led by Lyra, Archangel of Dawn, the deck plays efficient flying threats that grow rapidly whenever life is gained. Early turns focus on mana ramp, land fixing, and deploying enablers like Soul Warden and Giada, Font of Hope. Once Lyra and secondary anthems like Righteous Valkyrie or Archangel of Thune enter combat, each lifegain event places +1/+1 counters across your entire board. The deck creates massive life buffers while generating 4/4 Angel tokens with cards like Resplendent Angel and Angelic Accord. It protects its airborne armada using top-tier defensive spells such as Teferi's Protection and Flawless Maneuver. Targeted exile removal and asymmetric sweepers like Farewell clear away opposing obstacles, allowing you to eliminate opponents in flying combat by turn 8.
