Deck overview

This is a Jund lands-matter value and sacrifice deck. Szarel, Genesis Shepherd provides repeatable land-from-graveyard and converts sacrifices into exponential counters, while a dense package of extra land-drop permanents and mass land recursion fuels landfall payoffs. The primary finish is a single main phase with Moraug, Fury of Akoum: sacrifice lands and replay several, triggering extra combat phases and attacking with a huge flying Szarel. Secondary paths use Baloth Prime and Scouring Swarm token swarms, Hearthhull's drain, and Tannuk's landfall pings. The deck is not an infinite combo deck; it wins by assembling overlapping pieces, so tutoring and sequencing matter more than a single two-card kill. Moraug is effectively a hidden second commander.
