Deck overview

This is a Naya Cats-and-Dogs token swarm built around Rin and Seri, Inseparable. Casting Dogs makes Cats and casting Cats makes Dogs, so every tribal spell snowballs the board while the activated ability converts a wide Dog count into direct damage and a wide Cat count into life. The 99 backs that plan with dense token doublers (Anointed Procession, Mondrak, Glory Dominus, Parallel Lives, Primal Vigor), type lords, and classic go-wide finishers (Craterhoof Behemoth, Jetmir, Nexus of Revels, Overrun, Unnatural Growth). Secondary pressure comes from enter-the-battlefield burn (Impact Tremors, Warleader's Call) and political goad (Marisi, Breaker of the Coil, Kitt Kanto, Mayhem Diva). The commander is a strong accelerator and reach outlet, but the deck's lords, doublers, and finishers all function without it, so the plan is a self-contained midrange tribal combat deck rather than a commander-combo shell.
