Deck overview

This competitive artifact deck uses Jhoira, Ageless Innovator to bypass mana costs and deploy massive artifact threats well ahead of curve. By rapidly stacking ingenuity counters with untap synergies such as Sting, the Glinting Dagger and Magewright's Stone, Jhoira puts heavy stax and value permanents directly onto the battlefield without casting them. The primary objective is to establish an asymmetric total lockout on Turn 4 via Karn, the Great Creator and Mycosynth Lattice, preventing opponents from activating any permanents or tapping lands for mana. Supported by a robust suite of zero-mana interaction like Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Deflecting Swat, the deck fiercely protects its board state while choking opposing development with God-Pharaoh's Statue, Damping Sphere, and Portal to Phyrexia. Backup routes utilize Hullbreaker Horror loops and Walking Ballista to close out games if the commander is removed.
