Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is the deck's central mana and damage engine. The plan is to cast Vivi early, use cheap noncreature spells to add +1/+1 counters and deal damage to each opponent, then use Vivi's temporary mana to chain more spells. Cost reducers such as Goblin Electromancer and Mocking Sprite improve the sequence, while Storm-Kiln Artist, Archmage Emeritus, and Rite of the Dragoncaller convert spell volume into Treasures, cards, or Dragons. The deck has useful selection and a reasonable collection of counters and removal, but it lacks reliable tutors and compact finishing damage. Its strongest boards are powerful when several six-mana payoffs survive, yet those pieces are expensive and exposed. Expect a turn-4 operational commander engine, a turn-7-or-later must-answer spell board, and a gradual combat finish rather than a deterministic table kill. The list is best suited to a casual or mid-power multiplayer table where incremental burn and flying tokens can accumulate.
