Vannifar, Blink Big things by DrChurch117

Format: Commander

Commander: Vannifar, Evolved Enigma

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vannifar, Evolved Enigma leads a Simic manifest/cloak value engine. The primary plan is to cloak expensive cards onto ward {2} 2/2 bodies, then flip or blink them for their effects while drawing through manifest payoffs like They Came from the Pipes and Trail of Mystery. Secondary paths are heavy ETB blinking with Meneldor, Swift Savior, Y'shtola Rhul, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, and Conjurer's Closet, plus cheating huge threats with Defense of the Heart and One with the Multiverse. Vannifar's counter mode supports the colorless face-down army. The combo finish is Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring into Ghostly Flicker + Dour Port-Mage, drawing the deck and ending with Omniscience/Portal. There is no hidden second commander; Koma and Meneldor serve as value deputies.
