Deck overview

This deck is a five-color land animation and earthbend counters strategy led by Codie, Vociferous Codex. The game plan accelerates mana on the first two turns using green land ramp and mana rocks to cast Codie on Turn 3. On Turn 4, Codie activates to generate five colors of mana and cascade into high-value spells. The deck turns lands into creatures using Awakening of Vitu-Ghazi, Sylvan Awakening, Rise and Shine, and various Earthbend spells. It heavily leverages ten indestructible artifact bridge lands to create durable attackers. Counter doublers such as Branching Evolution, Invigorating Surge, and Fangs of Kalonia rapidly scale creature power into lethal territory. The deck closes games around Turn 6 through overwhelming combat swings powered by Bumi, Unleashed or by casting a massive Chandra's Ignition to burn out the entire table simultaneously. Resilient protection spells shield the board against opposing interaction.
