Format: Commander

Commander: Atsu, Ghost of Yōtei

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue deck leverages Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive to make an army of tiny, unblockable creatures swarm opponents. The primary win condition is poisoning all opponents to ten counters using a core of infect creatures - Blighted Agent, Ichorclaw Myr, Necropede - that slip past defenses. A dense proliferate suite (Inexorable Tide, Thrummingbird, Flux Channeler, etc.) accelerates the clock, while secondary value comes from combat-damage draw engines (Bident of Thassa, Coastal Piracy) that fuel an alternative win in Triskaidekaphile. The deck lacks tutors and relies entirely on its commander to make most attackers unblockable, making it a linear, fragile aggro deck that folds to disruption.
