Modern Cycle Master 2 by Psyga315

Format: Commander

Commander: Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

It is an Izzet artifact-ramp and Eldrazi midrange deck. The commander, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, is primarily a draw-and-ping engine that buys time and digs toward massive colorless threats; Niv-Mizzet, Parun is the hidden backup commander and can replace it. The primary plan is to accelerate with mana rocks, keep the board controlled with counters and burn, then resolve Ulamog, Kozilek, or Artisan of Kozilek and close via annihilator attacks. Tezzeret and Eye of Ugin are the main tutors. There is no infinite combo, so wins are incremental combat damage rather than a one-turn kill.
