New Untitled Deck by S0UPYPR1NCESS

Format: Commander

Commander: Norin the Wary

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Norin the Wary is the persistent flicker engine of a mono-red ETB-value deck. Primary plan: park Norin on the battlefield and let his constant exiling-and-returning trigger a swath of 'whenever a creature enters' damage effects, gradually burning all opponents. Secondary paths: Confusion in the Ranks turns Norin's returns into permanent steals, and a late-game burst of amplified burn (Delayed Blast Fireball, Prisoner's Dilemma, or a large Rolling Earthquake) can finish the table. The commander's role is purely an engine; the deck could run without him but would lose a huge amount of velocity. No hidden commander exists - every card supports the same ETB burn plan.
