Cloud V2 by Zan7

Format: Commander

Commander: Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER is a Naya equipment-combat deck that turns equipped attacks into card draw and Treasures. The primary plan is to suit Cloud with The Reaver Cleaver, use his haste to attack for five damage, and then chain extra combats through Aggravated Assault to close out the table; Godo plus Helm of the Host and other extra-combat cards are redundant kill angles. Cloud's attack trigger is the main engine, and Cloud, Midgar Mercenary serves as a hidden-commander-style Equipment tutor. If Cloud is repeatedly answered, the deck falls back on Armored Skyhunter, Puresteel Paladin, Sram, and large Equipment to win by beatdown.
