Format: Commander

Commander: Primo, the Unbounded

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Primo, the Unbounded is a Simic X-cost commander built around +1/+1 counters, Fractal tokens, and trample. The deck wants early ramp into counter amplifiers-Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Doubling Season, Unbound Flourishing-then a large Primo that serves both as a commander-damage clock and as a token factory whenever any base-power-0 creature connects. Secondary plans use Kalonian Hydra and Zimone, Paradox Sculptor to double the board, Body of Research and hydras to one-shot, and Berta/Deekah/Lattice for repeatable value. Herald of Secret Streams and Rogue's Passage make the swarm unblockable. There is no hidden commander; both Primo's roles (beater and token engine) drive the same counter-based game plan.
