Deck overview

This Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign deck is an Esper battlecruiser control deck designed to exploit topdeck manipulation and cheat massive, odd-mana-value spells into play for free. The early game focuses on deploying 2-CMC mana acceleration, setting up color fixing, and sculpting the top of the library with cards like Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack, and Brainstorm. On Turn 4 or 5, Yennett enters the battlefield and attacks, triggering her ability to reveal and cast game-ending odd-CMC threats such as Breach the Multiverse, Blatant Thievery, Krang, Utrom Warlord, or In Garruk's Wake. To ensure Yennett connects, the deck runs a format-ceiling suite of free and low-cost interaction, including Fierce Guardianship, Force of Negation, Silence, and Lightning Greaves. Once the board is established, asymmetric board wipes clear opposing blockers while Eldrazi and Colossi close out the game over multiple combat steps.
