Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered competitive Commander (cEDH) list helmed by Francisco, Fowl Marauder and Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator. Operating in Dimir colors, the deck leverages Malcolm's Treasure production and Francisco's explore ability to generate early mana velocity and top-deck card selection. The primary win condition is the compact and format-defining Thassa's Oracle combination paired with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact, capable of closing games reliably by Turn 3. An extensive package of 0–1 CMC mana rocks and dark rituals accelerates deployment, while elite zero-mana interaction—such as Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, and Pact of Negation—protects combo attempts and disrupts opponents. If the primary plan is interrupted, the list transitions into secondary combo lines using Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal to generate infinite mana for Walking Ballista, supported by resilient value engines like The One Ring, Rhystic Study, and Bolas's Citadel.
