Deck overview

Under Auntie Ool, Cursewretch, this is a Jund -1/-1 counter engine deck that converts counter placement into cards and life loss. The commander turns every counter placed on a creature you control into a cantrip, and every counter placed on an opponent's creature into a small burn. The plan is to flood the board with wither threats and token makers such as Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons and Nest of Scarabs, restrict combat with Kulrath Knight and Maha, Its Feathers Night, then assemble the Blowfly Infestation death-loop with a token engine, a starting counter source, and a drain payoff like Bastion of Remembrance or Obelisk Spider. Secondary wins come from attrition, repeated theft, and an overwhelming swarm of deathtouch snakes. The deck has strong card-flow synergy but almost no true tutors, so its games are slower and more draw-dependent than its combo density initially suggests.
