Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis spellslinger/combo deck helmed by Parnesse, the Subtle Brush, using her ability to deter opponents from targeting your permanents while also leveraging the "target opponent may copy" clause to create political edges. The primary game plan is to generate explosive storm turns through copious ritual mana, copy spells, and value engines like Underworld Breach and Thousand-Year Storm. Win conditions include Grapeshot or Tendrils of Agony for lethal storm damage, or a massive Exsanguinate. The deck also uses magecraft payoffs such as Archmage Emeritus, Veyran, Voice of Duality, and Storm-Kiln Artist to snowball card advantage and treasure tokens. With a dense tutor package and heavy redundancy in copy effects, the deck is highly consistent at assembling its combos, and a powerful free-counterspell suite protects its critical turn.
