Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue control/value deck is helmed by Jin-Gitaxias // The Great Synthesis, aiming to generate overwhelming card advantage through its front side's triggered draw and then transform into the saga for free spells and a game-ending chain. The deck leans heavily on instant/sorcery spells to produce a swarm of token creatures (via Talrand, Sky Summoner, Murmuring Mystic, Metallurgic Summonings), while proliferate effects (Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, Inexorable Tide) ramp up loyalty on planeswalkers and accelerate the saga. The primary win path is combat damage from a wide board or a transformed Jin-Gitaxias backed by extra turns from Ichormoon Gauntlet. Secondary reach comes from Psychosis Crawler draining opponents as cards are drawn. The deck is powerful once its engine spins up, but its reliance on the commander and lack of efficient tutors make it slower and less consistent than tuned builds.
