Deck overview

The Scarab God is a resilient Zombie-graveyard engine. The deck develops mana, fills graveyards, and turns creature cards into 4/4 Zombie copies while its upkeep trigger drains opponents and scries. Tribal cost reducers such as Undead Warchief, Urza's Incubator, and Bontu's Monument support a growing board, while Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver and Diregraf Colossus add token and card value. Breach the Multiverse, Army of the Damned, and Liliana, Death's Majesty provide larger battlefield swings. Removal and a modest counterspell suite help the deck survive, but the plan is mana-intensive and exposed across several turns. The deck can create a dominating board and strong life-total pressure, yet it lacks a dependable compact kill or total lockout. Its ordinary game is therefore a slower value-midrange plan rather than a competitive combo deck.
