This is a four-color Omnath, Locus of Creation landfall value deck that buries the table under explosive land drops, token swarms, and incremental burn. The plan is simple and relentless: ramp hard, stack extra land-drop engines, then chain landfall triggers for mana, cards, bodies, and damage. Omnath, Locus of Creation is the command-zone engine-ETB card draw, a burst of {R}{G}{W}{U} on the second landfall each turn, and a 4-damage punch on the third-while the 99 supplies redundant landfall payoffs (Scute Swarm, Avenger of Zendikar, Rampaging Baloths, Tatyova, Benthic Druid, Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, Valakut Exploration, Tunneling Geopede). Extra-land enablers and cheap land tutors keep the engine fed; bounce lands and flicker pieces stretch every drop. Wins come primarily through overwhelming combat with tokens and pumped teams, supported by chip damage from Omnath and burn enchantments rather than a dedicated infinite-combo kill.
