New Untitled Deck by Sevatar

Format: Commander

Commander: Bruvac the Grandiloquent

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-blue mill deck is built around Bruvac the Grandiloquent, doubling all mill from any source. The core strategy is to flood the battlefield with 44 copies of Persistent Petitioners, then tap four to mill 24 cards per activation (doubled by Bruvac). Thrumming Stone enables explosive chains of free Petitioners, while Altar of the Brood turns every creature cast into incremental mill. Intruder Alarm untaps all creatures after each Petitioners enters, allowing repeated tap activations within a single turn. A secondary line uses Mindcrank + The One Ring's life-loss trigger to mill passively each upkeep. The deck packs a robust counterspell suite and light removal to protect its commander and buy time. The primary win is mill-out; combat is irrelevant.
