Stax lady by SassSerenity94

Format: Commander

Commander: Lavinia, Azorius Renegade

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade leads a stax/prison deck whose primary plan is to tax and freeze opponents with Lavinia, Thalia, Drannith Magistrate, Winter Orb, and Propaganda effects, then convert the lock into a game win through the Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Walking Ballista infinite-damage loop. The commander is a cheap tax piece and free-spell hoser, not an engine; Heliod is the closest hidden commander as the deck's central finisher. Secondary wins are the Displacer Kitten + Sol Ring + Teferi, Time Raveler infinite-mana/draw engine into Ballista or Thassa's Oracle, and Approach of the Second Sun with Mystical/Personal Tutor and Narset's Reversal. The deck wins by locking mana and then assembling a protected combo.
